Luminous San Francisco by night as seen from the Twin Peaks.

The Albany Bulb is a small landfill peninsula on the eastern side of the bay. It’s the result of filling the shallow bay with debris over a period of almost a century: Albany Bulb. Walking there is a bit sketchy, but it comes up with a fantastic view onto the Bay and San Francisco. The Bulb is a good place for bird watching, too.

I had an excellent coffee at ‚The Mill‘ last weekend.

Today, I visited Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and enjoyed very much the view onto the San Francisco bay. Although it was one of this seldom gray days I very much enjoyed the light atmosphere.
